Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and education to develop and maintain an effective, well‑trained staff based on performance standards.
Make sure the collections turnaround time is achieved.
Monitor daily production tracker of assigned client portfolio.
Monitor 30 plus AR and ensure team achieve expected paid rate of the assigned client portfolio.
Make sure effective client communication is managed whilst assuring client responsiveness within TAT.
Handle the client queries in a timely manner.
Review the performance of the assigned client portfolios, identifying gaps and proactively filling all gaps for better client satisfaction and advocacy.
Report & MI generation, share them with all relevant internal and external stakeholders such as billing, posting team, leadership teams and clients.
Analyze current workflows/processes, develop and communicate the best practice with the team members.
Communicate performance expectations to staff, works with staff to set goals linked to organizational initiatives, and supports efforts towards achieving those goals.
Enforce company regulatory standards to ensure the area of responsibility is in compliance with HIPAA and ISO standards.
Review SOPs and policies and make sure that SOPs are met at all times in service delivery.
Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner and elevate to senior management appropriately.
Assist the management in recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and promotion and termination activities by closely working with HRBPs.
Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
Ensure to respond back to internal e‑mails within the shift time, and for external e‑mails to be responded within the client TAT.
Assess the technical training requirements of the team members and address them by sharing the knowledge, managing on‑the‑job training of team members in collaboration with Technical Training team and immediate reportees.
Qualifications
Possess a professional background with a Masters or Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
At least 7 - 8 years RCM experience with at least 4 years in people management.
At least 5 years of specialized experience in EDHM, Hospital AR Collections with hands on with AMD software expertise.
RCM overall technical knowledge.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure with high level of perseverance.
Working knowledge of budgeting, capacity planning, and process automation.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.
Strong strategic management skills and business acumen.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with advanced data interpretation exposure.
Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced, pressurized work environment.
Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices.
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night: 7:30 PM - 4:00 AM
Other Features: Full‑time | US calendar applicable
Manager - Medical Billing Role & Responsibilities

Manager - Payment Posting Role & Responsibilities
Daily Posting and Patient Statement volume completion planning and reconciliation.
FTE requirement monitoring.
Employment performance management for staff directly allocated to centralized team.
Managing PIP.
Address training needs (as required).
Maintaining all SOPs up to date.
Bi‑weekly update.
Overall productivity reporting.
Work allocation planning and coordination between US shift and SL shift teams.
Capacity building and up‑skill team.
Weekly internal management updates and reporting (specific to BAU for function).
