We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will possess a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient management, and office protocols. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Fully digital office with updated technology. Historic production of 1 million per year between rotating schedules. Monday through Thursday hours. Daily minimum with a bonus structure. Individualized mentorship available.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
* Conduct various dental procedures including endodontics, oral surgery, and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Utilize Dentrix software for managing patient information, appointments, and billing processes.
* Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile working environment.
* Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation practices.
* Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques is preferred.
* Knowledge of infection control standards and protocols within a dental office setting.
* Familiarity with endodontics procedures is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $178,475.13 - $350,000.00 per year
