We are looking for a highly motivated IT Systems Administrator to help support and scale the internal systems and infrastructure that power our business. This is an opportunity to join a high-performance team where you’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the ability to help shape internal operations as the company continues to grow. What You’ll Do Administer and support internal business systems, including our custom CRM/ERP platform, mytrace Manage company-wide software systems including Google Workspace, telecommunications platforms, inventory systems, and other operational tools Set up laptops, iPads, accounts, credentials, and system access for new hires Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests across hardware, software, connectivity, and account troubleshooting Assist with SaaS platform administration, MDM enrollment and support, user permissions, device management, and workflow optimization Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of company technology assets including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices Support ongoing system improvements, infrastructure projects, and operational scaling initiatives What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations preferred Strong hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting and systems integration Experience supporting Google Workspace, Apple/iOS devices, telecom systems, Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting, and cloud-based business platforms Previous experience supporting retail, inventory, POS, or high-growth operational environments is a plus Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with a team-first mentality Why Join DIME Competitive compensation: $33–$36/hour DOE Opportunity to help build and scale systems across a rapidly growing company High-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and operations Stable, fully onsite position with long-term growth opportunity Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Referral program Location This is a fully onsite role based in Irvine.
