Role: Junior Data Analyst Visa Accepted: CPT, OPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD Work Arrangement: Atlanta, Georgia – Onsite / Remote Assignment Duration: 15 Months Work Authorization Setup: US Default Maximum Approved Bill Rate: $45/hour Primary Duties: Extract and interpret large operational datasets using SQL and Python-based tools. Build and maintain reporting dashboards for leadership teams using visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. Monitor operational metrics and identify performance patterns related to airline services, maintenance workflows, and logistics operations. Improve existing reporting structures by streamlining manual processes and supporting automation initiatives. Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and validate data outputs. Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across business systems. Desired Qualifications & Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Hands-on understanding of SQL querying, Microsoft Excel, and Python libraries including Pandas or NumPy. Exposure to BI and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot inconsistencies in datasets. Effective written and verbal communication abilities with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
