Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper based in LATAM to join our team full-time. This role will be primarily focused on account reconciliation, while also supporting broader day-to-day bookkeeping and financial operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and has experience working with U.S.-based companies.
What You’ll Do
Perform regular account reconciliations (bank accounts, transactions, and financial records).
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (data entry, categorization of transactions, etc.).
Support invoicing and expense tracking processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.
Help prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.
Work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar roles.
Strong experience with account reconciliation.
Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.
Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Based in LATAM.
Nice to Have
Experience in agencies or fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience handling high-volume transactions or ad spend reconciliation.
