R26\_0000001312Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.**Brown & Brown**is seeking **Consultant** to join our growing team!The Consultant is responsible for delivering strategic advisory services to employer clients seeking to optimize healthcare delivery models, including onsite and near-site clinics, advanced primary care strategies, occupational health integration, and direct provider contracting.This role partners directly with employer HR, Safety, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership teams to assess current-state performance, design future-state healthcare strategies, and execute initiatives such as feasibility studies, RFP management, vendor transitions, and ongoing clinic operational oversight.The Consultant serves as both a strategic advisor and operational driver translating data into actionable insights, ensuring vendor accountability, and delivering measurable ROI aligned to employer total cost of care objectives.**How You Will Contribute:*** Lead client engagements focused on advanced primary care, onsite clinic optimization, and direct contracting strategies* Conduct health center data analysis, including claims analysis, breakeven modeling, and strategic recommendations* Design and manage end-to-end RFP, including strategy sessions, vendor evaluation, finalist facilitation, BAFO coordination, and contract negotiations* Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps with defined goals tied to utilization, engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial ROI* Oversee vendor accountability, performance guarantees, staffing model audits, and operational effectiveness* Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Executive Leadership* Support implementation and transition processes to ensure seamless clinic go-live and operational stability* Contribute to business development efforts by supporting producer strategy and client solution discussions* Maintain subject matter expertise in advanced primary care, occupational medicine integration, and employer-sponsored care models**Skills & Experience to be Successful:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field* 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, employer health strategy, or benefits management* Deep understanding of self-funded health plans, healthcare cost drivers, and ROI modeling* Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with defined timelines* Strong executive presence with the ability to lead senior-level discussions and influence decisions* Experience with RFP development, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiation* Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing deliverables* Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and healthcare program development* Flexible, solutions-oriented professional comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments**Pay Range**$115k - $120k Annual*The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.***Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being**We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:* *Health Benefits*: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance* *Financial Benefits*: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement* *Mental Health & Wellness*: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services* *Beyond Benefits*: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more.*Not reflective of all benefits.
