Role Description This full-time remote role as a Complex Litigation Paralegal requires supporting attorneys in managing class-action and complex litigation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing case materials, and assisting with pleadings and motions. The role also involves maintaining case-related documentation and helping with trial preparations.
Qualifications
Excellent skills in proofreading, cite-checking, and ECF filing
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Research
Experience with Document Review and organization
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in class-action or complex litigation cases is preferred
Familiarity with litigation software and technology
Minimum 3 years' experience as a paralegal
