About Pulley Pulley's mission is to make it easier for anyone to start a company. We believe that more startups should exist and that founder-led companies are more successful in the long term. With Pulley's cap table management tools, companies can better understand and optimize their equity for the long term. Starting a company is hard enough. Managing equity shouldn't be. We're a high-performing team looking for passionate, execution-focused, self-starters to help us build equity management tools for founders. Pulley is growing quickly with over 3000 customers including unicorns like Clubhouse, Birdies, and Coda - all within our first year of product launch. Our trajectory is fueled by top investors like Founders Fund, Stripe, General Catalyst, Caffeinated Capital, 8vc, Elad Gil, among other great angels. All of our growth has been organic, and we're growing the team to meet the demand.
About the role We're looking for a technically savvy, customer-obsessed team member to join Pulley's Professional Services team. This role sits at the intersection of equity expertise and product fluency, helping startups set up and manage their cap tables accurately from day one. You'll lead complex 409A valuations, guide customers through onboarding journeys, and act as a technical problem-solver across data, product, and finance workflows. Your work directly empowers founders to make smarter equity decisions, laying the groundwork for long-term company growth.
What you’ll do
Lead and Execute Technical Client Implementations:
Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new customers, managing complex cap table migrations. Work closely with clients to understand their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information to ensure accurate configuration of their cap table on our platform.
Equity Administration:
Support clients in implementing and administering equity plans (option pools, RSUs, ESPPs). Provide guidance on data integrity, vesting schedules, and compliance.
Technical Troubleshooting & Solution Design:
Investigate complex issues spanning data integrity, platform functionality, and integrations. Identify, triage, and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Account Managers, Engineers, and Product Managers to scope requirements, deliver technical proofs of concept, and ensure accurate solution delivery.
What you’ll bring
0-1 years of hands‑on experience in a customer-facing role, ideally at a rapidly growing SaaS company. CFA, ABV, ASA credential preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects from inception to completion.
Stellar communication and presentation skills; the ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience.
Exposure to equity management, cap tables, 409A valuations, or stock‑based compensation plans. Prior experience at a SaaS, fintech, or financial services company preferred.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, trends, and digital assets preferred.

Our product has traction and we are building on a solid foundation, but we're still early enough in our journey where your work will directly shape the company's trajectory as we scale. Make it easier for anyone to start a company – founders turn bold ideas into reality – building things that might not exist otherwise. Starting a company is hard enough. Managing equity shouldn't be.
