What You'll Do The Business Development Manager is a key driver of growth within their assigned territory. You'll partner closely with our distributor network and salon partners to develop and execute strategic business plans. This is a dynamic field role where you'll be responsible for: Building relationships
with distributor leadership and Distributor Sales Consultants (DSCs) to drive retail and service business. Creating and executing
business plans for each distributor to meet sales goals and brand strategies. Conducting regular meetings
with distributor teams to align on performance, targets, and opportunities. Providing ongoing sales training
and development to DSCs using Maria Nila's programs and tools. Visiting salons regularly
to deliver product knowledge, support marketing strategies, and build long-term relationships. Analyzing sales data
monthly to identify trends, set goals, and support distributor planning. Managing marketing plans and budgets , collaborating with distributors to develop and implement effective strategies. Meeting or exceeding
annual goals for sales growth, new salon openings, and other key performance indicators. We're looking for a confident communicator and a results-driven professional who is passionate about both beauty and sustainability. What You'll Bring 3–5 years of experience in professional beauty sales or business development, preferably within the beauty industry. Proven ability to build and execute strategic business plans and deliver against KPIs. Experience working with distributor teams and Distributor Sales Consultants. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, including experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and training skills. The ability to be self-motivated and manage multiple priorities independently. Weekly travels up to 2-3 weeks a month What We Offer Competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus structure.
