Founding Growth Manager
to help us win new business, deepen client relationships, and fuel Cadana’s next phase of revenue expansion.
The Role This is a rare opportunity to join one of the fastest growing fintechs as a leader within the growth organization. The Founding Growth Manager will be responsible for both:
Hunting new opportunities
– driving pipeline, building relationships with key stakeholders at leading payroll and talent platforms, and closing net-new business.
Owning customer success & expansion
– building long-term relationships with clients, overseeing onboarding/go‑live, and driving account growth through upsells and expansions.
You will work closely with the CEO and Head of Growth, with immediate visibility and impact on Cadana’s revenue trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle
: Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close new accounts.
Drive pipeline growth
: Use outbound outreach, partnerships, and industry events to create meetings and opportunities with ICP accounts.
Build trusted relationships
: Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
Ensure successful go‑live
: Partner with operations and product teams to deliver smooth implementations that drive quick customer ramp timelines.
Be the voice of the customer
: Surface feedback from the field to inform Cadana’s product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.
Hit and exceed revenue targets
: Own a quota that combines both new business and expansion opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
4-8 years of experience in sales or account management in global payroll, payments, or working at a fintech.
A track record of exceeding quota across both new business and expansions.
Strong relationship-builder who thrives in executive-level conversations.
Experience managing deals from first call through go‑live.
Comfortable in a
startup environment
: resourceful, scrappy, and eager to build playbooks from scratch.
Knowledge of global payroll, payments, or HR tech is a big plus.
Demonstrated excellence
: You’ve shown the ability to perform at an exceptional level in some domain—whether that’s rapid promotions in your career, graduating from a top program, competing at an elite athletic level, or another pursuit that reflects discipline, grit, and the pursuit of mastery.
