Using structured digital systems and guided tools, you will introduce people to personal development programmes and support them in achieving meaningful results. The role is performance oriented role with defined targets and outcome based remuneration.
Tasks
Connect with people interested in wellness, personal and professional growth
Share structured online learning programmes and resources
Use simple digital tools to follow up and track outcomes in the CRM
Work independently with onboarding and ongoing support
Create consistent results through focus, clarity and purposeful action
Requirements
Backgrounds in wellness coaching, yoga/Pilates, nutrition, fitness, counselling, occupational health, L&D or client services
Clear communicators confident with Zoom/Teams, diary management and CRM
Self directed, organised professionals who value meaningful work
