Seeking an experienced designer/developer to update and help create the next generation of our end-user experience. The goal is to evolve the Replica platform (UI/UX) to increase customer productivity within the platform, enabling them to accomplish more and reduce friction in their workflows. Understand UI/UX design systems, styling principles, and the user journey for a Replica customer. Serve as the dedicated customer-facing engineer for some of our larger clients. Possess enterprise software experience and a high emotional IQ. Be an expert in system design and user experience, especially in refactoring and updating existing systems. Travel less than 25%, primarily to the DC area for three annual offsites. Additional travel for customers is limited at this time. Desired experience: Experience with SaaS B2B products. Worked with stakeholders or customers to create new user experiences beyond basic interfaces and widgets. Ability to communicate complex topics simply and present work compellingly. Experience in user interface design to improve user experience, with examples of past work. Adaptability and startup DNA to quickly integrate into ongoing projects, especially when documentation is lacking. Strong intellectual curiosity, proactive with ideas, self-driven, and a proven user experience expert.
