About The Opportunity
Netrix Global is looking for a hands‑on
Assistant
Controller
to lead our accounting function and own the monthly close process end to end. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and building scalable processes to support growth. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Finance, FP&A, and executive leadership. How You Will Make An Impact
Own and run the full monthly, quarterly, and annual close process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency Oversee general ledger, revenue recognition (ASC 606), payroll, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and PE reporting requirements Manage and optimize accounting processes within Sage Intacct, including system improvements and automation Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, and tax advisors Support budgeting and forecasting Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team (as applicable) Support international accounting operations, including multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments (if applicable) Assist with M&A integration, system conversions, and process scaling as the business grows What You Will Bring To The Table
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior experience in a private equity‑backed environment Proven experience owning the entire close process end to end Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Preferred
Experience supporting international entities and multi‑currency accounting Prior experience with audits in a PE‑backed environment Exposure to M&A transactions and post‑acquisition integration Experience building or scaling accounting teams and processes Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct What You Can Expect From Us
