Your new role Youll join the motor claims function as a Motor Damage Claims Handler, managing a portfolio of moderate to high damage claims. The role covers single and multi-party claims, with responsibility for end-to-end handling within agreed authority levels. This is a Dublin-based hybrid role, with flexibility. What youll need to succeed Minimum of 3 years experience handling motor damage claims. Proven experience managing moderate to high value and complex claims portfolios APA qualification is required, with CIP desirable Accredited under the Minimum Competency Requirements Strong technical knowledge across policy coverage, liability and quantum Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage workload, reserves and diaries effectively Comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders What youll get in return Hybrid working model based in Dublin Pension contributions Exposure to start working on complex, high-quality claims Supportive team environment with strong technical oversight Ongoing training and professional development within a well-established insurer
