Role Overview The Youth Program Expansion Coordinator is involved in the expansion of our BLAZE, Sisters of Strength and Young Adult product lines. She is an expert in these offerings and provides input to how the apostolate can position themselves in the market for growth based on their work in the field. The primary role is proactive outreach that results in increased visibility and sales for these product lines.
Note that this is a personal-support raising position, which means that it follows a personal support–based compensation model consistent with many Catholic missionary organizations. This team member will be responsible for raising the financial support necessary to sustain their salary and ministry expenses, with training and coaching provided to ensure success.
Core Responsibilities National Expansion
Investigate new target markets nationally and make recommendations to the marketing team for advertising and promotion.
Outreach to WWP participants with middle school/high school/young adult daughters to stimulate demand with current WWP customers.
Outreach to coordinators at parishes with WWP parish programs to increase awareness of our offerings.
Develop new tools and methods for outreach (e.g., Referral Programs, potential collaborations, and partnerships).
Attend national events that promote these programs.
Identify barriers to adoption and collaborate internally to develop solutions that increase conversion.
Local Expansion
Identify and target a list of school, parishes, and colleges for outreach.
Make connections with local Archdiocese/Archdiocesan school office.
Research and connect with local Homeschool networks.
Innovate around outreach, implementation, and continuation.
Represent the apostolate at local events, conferences, and gatherings to generate leads and build brand presence.
Administrative Duties
Keeps track of all activity and records through Salesforce.
Provides weekly and monthly overviews of work.
Works with marketing to create collateral that will effectively meet the needs of the audience they are targeting.
Sales & Revenue Responsibilities
Drive product sales for BLAZE, Sisters of Strength, and Young Adult offerings by meeting or exceeding quarterly growth targets.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective schools, parishes, and diocesan partners.
Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and follow‑up conversations that lead to program adoption.
Convert leads generated through outreach and marketing campaigns into active programs.
Track conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and sales metrics to inform strategy and forecasting.
Requirements
Previous experience working within a Christian Ministry (preferably Catholic) capacity in environments such as schools, universities, home led groups, parishes etc.
Previous experience in sales or a role requiring expansion of a product.
Proficiency in Google suite including Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
Skilled in the use of Salesforce or other CRM database.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Passionate about Catholic Ministry and WWP mission.
Ability to travel 2-3 times per year (with advanced notice).
