Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, resolving booking-related issues and addressing banking-specific questions and quotes.
Make outbound calls to internal support departments and customers for status updates and clarification.
Transfer calls to designated internal support departments or account representatives as needed.
Stay updated on client sales, promotions, and products to provide informed support.
Employ expert sales techniques to maintain top sales performance and overcome objections.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace.
Reliable computer, USB headset, and high-speed internet connection.
Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including possible weekend shifts.
