As the Global Digital Workplace Leader , you will be the primary architect and orchestrator of our next-generation digital workplace offerings, services and underlying technology platforms. In an era defined by
Agentic AI, Real-Time Data, Observability, Sovereignty and Experience Management , you will
co-lead
the
transformation
of our managed services portfolio and technology ecosystem to capture market share and drive aggressive revenue growth. This is a
high-visibility, strategic leadership role

Chief Technology Office ,
Product & Portfolio, Engineering ,
Global Delivery
and
Sales/Go to Market , ensuring that our portfolio and technical roadmap is not just visionary, but
deliverable ,
profitable , and
highly competitive
in the global services market. Role Description
Role Description: Transformation & Mindset Leadership:
Act as a change agent to shift the organization from a
"headcount-based"
mindset to an
"outcome-based"
model. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between geographically and industry aligned go-to-market teams, Portfolio and Global delivery functions. Portfolio Strategy Coordination: Y ou act as the primary catalyst for product evolution and the final authority on solution integrity. You will serve as the lead architect of requirements, translating market signals, client pain points, and emerging AI capabilities into a rigorous product roadmap. Cross-Portfolio Integration:
You are responsible for the "connective tissue" between the Digital Workplace and other business line functions. You will work across the CTO Office and Engineering to ensure our workplace offerings are natively integrated with
Cloud & Modern Infrastructure, Data&AI and Cybersecurity. Defining and co-creating the "North Star":
Establish the definitive vision for our global digital workplace future. You are responsible for communicating this vision clearly that every internal stakeholder, from sales to sales support, to global service delivery to account management, understands the destination. Digital Workplace Platforms Delivery Ownership:
Manage the internal P&L and overall transformation for the digital workplace global shared platforms. You are responsible for the financial and operational health of the global platforms, driving success through modernization and usage of central capabilities. Executive Sales Pursuit & Customer Engagement:
Serve as the "face of the Digital Workplace" in high-value sales pursuits. You will engage directly with key clients to co-create solutions, translate complex technical roadmaps into business value, and ensure we are winning "future-ready" deals. Vendor & Partner Management:
Orchestrate relationships with key technology partners (e.g., Microsoft, ServiceNow, Nexthink). You will help move these beyond transactional vendor relationships, ensuring their innovation pipelines align with our proprietary Agentic AI and Experience-Centric portfolio and delivery goals. Governance Authority:
You hold the mandate to ensure the Digital Workplace products technical readiness and alignment. You are empowered to raise "red flags" on non-standard or legacy-heavy solutions in the sales pipeline that threaten the integrity or profitability of the modernized roadmap. Job Requirements
Experience:
15+ years of leadership in Digital Workplace or Managed Services. Proven experience in
Matrix Management
and
Influential Leadership
is essential, as you must drive results through globally distributed aligned in different reporting structures. Transformation Track Record:
Demonstrated success leading a business line through a significant technology shift (e.g., from traditional desk-side support to AI-driven proactive automation). Technical Authority:
Deep fluency in
Agentic AI, Real-time Data Observability, and Experience Management (XLA) . Commercial Acumen:
Strong background in P&L management and the mechanics of managed services (order entry, revenue recognition, and margin optimization). Communication & Influence:
Exceptional ability to articulate the
"Why"
(vision), the
"What"
(the portfolio), and the
"How"
