Sales Operations Manager
to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across the sales organization.
You will play a key role in executing GTM initiatives, managing our sales technology stack, improving data integrity, and operationalizing sales processes that enable scalable growth. This role will help translateRevOpsstrategy into day-to-day operational execution across the revenue engine.

to improve efficiency across the GTM organization. This role will helpidentifyopportunities toleveragemodern sales technologies and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance sales productivity.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, Finance, andRevOpssystems resources to ensure our revenue operations infrastructure runs efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to operationalize key GTM initiatives across the sales organization.
Drive the execution of operational programs that improve sales productivity, pipeline management, and deal execution.
Serve as a trusted operational partner to Sales leadership by ensuring processes, tools, and reporting support consistent execution.
Support pipeline visibility and forecasting processes bymaintainingreports and dashboards in Salesforce.
Prepare insights and summaries that support weekly pipeline reviews, forecast discussions, and leadership reporting.
Partner withRevOpsanalytics resources to ensure reporting accuracy and visibility into key sales metrics.
Territory & GTM Planning Support
Assistin territory planning and account coverage initiatives by building data models and analyzing territory performance.
Monitor pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and territory performance trends to helpidentifyoptimization opportunities.
Support operational execution of territory realignments and GTM strategy initiatives.
Sales Tech Stack, Automation, & AI Enablement
Help administer andoptimizekey GTM tools including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Clay, Chili Piper, and other sales technologies.
Identifyopportunities toleverageautomation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency across the sales organization.
Partner withRevOpssystems and GTM engineering resources to implement AI-assisted workflows across lead routing, enrichment, sales engagement, and pipeline management.
Stay current on emerging AI capabilities across the sales tech stack and recommend improvements that help the sales organizationoperatemore efficiently.
Data Quality & CRM Governance
Helpmaintainstrong CRM hygiene and operational discipline across the sales organization.
Monitor pipeline updates, stage progression, and adherence to CRM best practices to support accurate reporting and forecasting.
Assistinestablishingoperational standards and usage expectations for CRM and sales systems.

Qualifications
Systems & Technology Minded

4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within B2B SaaS.
Strong Salesforce reporting and CRM operational experience.
Experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline management, or territory planning.
Experience managing cross-functional operational initiatives and projects.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to operational excellence and data accuracy.
Experience working with modern GTM automation and AI tools such as Clay, Zapier, Gong AI, Outreach AI, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
