The Medical Assistant performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. You will perform computations, and other tasks, and report to the Center Administrator./ph3Job Description:/h3pThe Medical Assistant performs clinical tasks such as:/pulliDocument patient symptoms in EMR/liliTake and record vital signs/liliAdminister injections/liliPerform diagnostic tests/liliCollect specimens and draw blood/liliSterilize equipment/liliMaintain examination rooms/liliOther tasks as assigned/li/ulh3Required:/h3ulliSuccessful completion of MA school/training program or a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience and approval from Provider/liliPhlebotomy experience/liliMedication/vaccine administration experience/liliCPR Certified/liliThis role is considered patient facing and is part of the companys Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
