Position Summary FirstPoint Group is hiring an experienced Client Project Manager (CPM) to lead large‑scale wireless deployment projects for the T‑Mobile Magenta Program. This role is critical to ensuring successful end‑to‑end delivery of 5G and LTE rollout initiatives across the United States.
Detailed Job Description As a Client Project Manager, you will take ownership of complex wireless deployment programs involving site acquisition, construction, vendor coordination, and rollout execution. You will act as the primary interface between the client, internal delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The role demands deep experience in US wireless construction environments and a strong understanding of Magenta processes. Operating fully remotely with limited travel, you will manage multiple workstreams while maintaining clear communication and stakeholder alignment. This is a high‑impact opportunity for seasoned telecom project leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of wireless deployment and rollout projects (5G/LTE)
Manage site acquisition, construction, and integration activities
Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and external vendors (GCs, A&E firms)
Act as the primary customer interface for project status and issue resolution
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality
Ensure compliance with client standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
Drive on‑time, high‑quality delivery across Magenta deployment programs
Required Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of experience in telecommunications project management
Strong background in wireless construction and deployment projects
Proven experience supporting T‑Mobile (Magenta) environments
Solid understanding of site acquisition and rollout lifecycles
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and risk management skills
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Experience managing nationwide or multi‑market rollouts
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Strong familiarity with US wireless safety and compliance standards
Experience working in remote project delivery models
Advanced reporting and executive communication skills
