$72,800-$101,920 a year (based on years of experience) Essential Job Functions:

RN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations & guidelines governing long-term care. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization. Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization. Assure the implementation of resident care plans. RN conducts assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility. Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors. Communicate effectively with all disciplines. Keep DON informed of any changes in resident condition. RN charts all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures. Required: REGISTERED NURSE Education
Associates or better in Nursing or related field. Bachelors or better in Nursing or related field. Licenses & Certifications
