This role is primarily remote based anywhere within the United States with potential for customer and home office onsite work periodically.
This is a Full Time, Ongoing position as a W2 Employee
Requirements Scope and Responsibilities We are looking for a Functional Workforce Software Consultant to join our implementation team. In this client-facing role, you will partner with organizations to design, configure, and deliver Workforce Software solutions that improve workforce management processes. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their Workforce Software investment.
Specific Responsibilities
Lead client workshops to gather requirements, understand business processes, and define functional solutions within Workforce Software
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and configuration designs
Configure, test, and deploy Workforce Software modules (Time & Attendance, Absence, Scheduling, etc.)
Guide clients through best practices in workforce management and system design
Collaborate closely with technical teams to support integrations, reporting, and data migrations
Drive and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production cutover activities
Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between HR Systems
Clearly document system configuration and business processes
Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support
Keep abreast of new and relevant releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s)
Key Selection Criteria
Workforce Software Technical Certification (L1), L2 strongly preferred
Minimum 2+ years’ experience implementing Workforce Software Time and Attendance to include requirements gathering and completing business requirements documentation
Strong knowledge of various workforce management disciplines like Leave Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Activity tracking, Labor Distribution, Shift Premium and Overtime processing
Thorough understanding of Workforce Software functions and the ability to research & apply business best practices
Deep understanding of how applications support business processes with ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems
Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
Keen attention to detail specifically when given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving
Demonstrated ability to communicate solutions and deployment to various stakeholder levels
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivating and be able to plan and manage your own work
Skilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members
Experience conducting end user training
Demonstrated understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules
Peferred Skills
Workforce Software Functional Certification
Certification for additional modules Advanced Scheduling, Absence Compliance Tracker, and Fatigue Management, Reporting or Integrations
Working knowledge of integrations and configurations within S4 Hana, Employee Central Payroll, and Workforce Software hosted solution
Experience in one application management role, and at least one other as an implementation or application management role
Experience in related SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and related business processes including integration with related modules (Finance, SAP HCM, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll)
Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and to mentor other consultants on the team
