About our Client Our client is a fast-growing DTC apparel and lifestyle brand known for its bold creativity, humor-driven marketing, and highly engaging customer experience. They create products designed to spark joy and self-expression, and their irreverent approach has built a passionate, loyal customer base. They seek an analytical, entrepreneurial Ecommerce Product Manager to optimize their digital storefront and elevate the overall customer journey. In this role, the Ecommerce Product Manager will own site performance—from conversion rate to AOV—and oversee the digital product roadmap. They will collaborate closely with development partners and cross-functional teams to execute product launches, improve UX, and maintain seamless digital operations. Over the coming year, this role will also be instrumental in leading the transition from a headless architecture to a Shopify Plus theme, while driving enhancements to the brand’s subscription program experience.
Responsibilities: Conversion Rate Optimization & Experimentation
Propose, design, and manage A/B and multivariate tests across site experiences
Use StatSig, GA4, heatmaps, and behavioral insights to analyze performance
Translate findings into actionable updates and scalable best practices
Digital Roadmap & Feature Management
Own the website roadmap, including scoping, prioritization, and feature rollout
Support the transition from headless to a Shopify Plus theme with minimal disruption
Define requirements, QA, and deployment timelines in partnership with development
Maintain clear cross-team documentation and communication
Launch Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead digital readiness for product and campaign launches across pages, collections, navigation, and creative
Manage launch timelines, go-live checklists, and QA processes
Troubleshoot pre- and post-launch issues and lead post-launch analysis
Performance Analytics
Own site performance metrics including conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and page speed
Build dashboards to track trends and uncover optimization opportunities
Present insights and data-backed recommendations to leadership
Process & Tooling
Manage company ecommerce tech stack: Shopify Plus, Searchspring, StatSig, Klaviyo, GA4, and related tools
Evaluate new tools or integrations to improve UX and operational efficiency
Streamline workflows between Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Dev
Must-Haves
4+ years managing ecommerce or digital product/website roles (Shopify experience essential)
Must have prior experience working for a DTC apparel or consumer brand, ideally with direct accountability for site performance and customer experience
Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rate and AOV
Hands-on experience with CRO programs, analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks
Deep understanding of Shopify Plus (themes, limitations, and best practices)
Strong grasp of analytics: GA4, funnel analysis, and customer journey metrics
Excellent communicator able to work with dev, creative, marketing, and merchandising
High accountability and attention to detail- you own outcomes, not just tasks
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Searchspring or similar search/filter tools
Experience with Klaviyo, StatSig, or other personalization/testing tools
Basic knowledge of Liquid, HTML/CSS, or front-end development constraints
Experience managing third-party integrations or site migrations
