About the Role This role is remote within the United States. Candidates must be located within reasonable proximity to one of the following company facilities: Dayton, OH; Columbus, OH; Moonachie, NJ; Miami, FL; Arlington, TX.
As a Business Development Representative at Hopkins Printing, you’ll play a critical role in driving new logo growth by introducing our solutions to nationally recognized brands. This is a new‑business, hunter‑focused role designed for motivated sales professionals who want to build pipeline, win meaningful accounts, and accelerate their sales career. You’ll partner closely with Marketing and internal teams to run targeted outreach campaigns, develop your territory, and engage decision‑makers at companies ranging from $50M–$250M in annual revenue. What You’ll Do
Build and execute a clear plan to develop new business and win new logos.
Partner with Marketing on targeted, account‑based campaigns to drive outbound success.
Prospect, engage, and build relationships with decision‑makers across Marketing, Procurement, Vendor Relations, and IT.
Learn Hopkins Printing’s products and integrated solutions to confidently position value to prospects.
Use a consultative, solution‑based sales approach to uncover needs and create recurring business opportunities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Estimating, Marketing, Product, and IT to move deals forward and close new logos.
Own and manage your pipeline, activity, and performance using CRM and reporting tools.
Track territory insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends, and communicate key findings to leadership.
Manage your time effectively while working remotely and consistently meeting performance expectations.
What We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants
real responsibility, exposure to national brands, and a clear growth path .
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (new logo/outbound preferred).
Experience selling to Marketing and Procurement stakeholders is a plus.
Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
