Develop highly responsive Trading Systems UI with high-performance Clojure and Java microservices backend.
Develop sleek and high-performing user interfaces to visualize large amounts of data.
Develop core UI components of a complex web application using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS/Redux, and Clojure.
Promote strong collaboration within a cross‑functional team, including design and product teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science.
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, especially with web application UI.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React and Redux. Experience with Java and Clojure a plus.
Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset; detail‑oriented approach to operations.
Experience with message bus architecture (e.g., Aeron) and event‑based trading systems a plus.
Experience with risk management, electronic trading, data analytics and market making a plus.
Compensation Base pay: $179,000 - $242,000 (NYC area). Eligible for performance‑linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation will be determined by location, skill set, and level.
