Responsibilities
Account Management: Oversee account growth, budget planning, and team KPI tracking; actively participate in hiring decisions.
People Management: Lead team hiring, performance, and engagement management; support staff in their personal and professional growth.
Stakeholder Management: Provide regular status updates and ensure effective client expectation management; build and enhance relationships with key stakeholders to strengthen collaboration.
Project Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks through effective communication and implementation of robust risk management strategies.
Process Improvement & AI Adoption: Guide teams through process setup and project planning; play a supportive role in implementing new processes, with a particular focus on facilitating and accelerating AI adoption across teams.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, simultaneously leading 4+ teams (20+ people in total).
Proven experience supporting teams that deliver multiple products within one organization.
Demonstrated success introducing new processes to teams, with hands‑on involvement in AI adoption initiatives.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Scrum, and SAFe; practical experience and ability to lead teams within the SAFe framework.
Expertise in risk management (identify/communicate/fact).
Track record in building new teams and driving the hiring process.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
