We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused
Human Resources Generalist
to support our growing team. This role will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to drive key people initiatives, particularly in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. If you're someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and contributing to a positive employee experience, this role is for you. The ideal candidate is also comfortable supporting HR functions in a 100% remote environment. Temp to hire Pay $70-80k Remote Role Excellent benefits offered including medical, dental, PTO, 401k w/ match Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements Post jobs, screen resumes, and conduct initial candidate interviews Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth candidate experience Support employer branding initiatives and sourcing strategies Lead the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires Ensure new employees feel welcomed, supported, and equipped for success Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate technology, training, and resources for new hires Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and events Support pulse surveys and feedback initiatives Help promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Provide day-to-day employee support and assist with employee inquiries as needed Maintain employee data within compliance standards Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across systems Seeking Candidates with the following:
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition strongly preferred HR experience within a healthcare setting preferred Paycom experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and relationships across teams Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change Seniority level
