We are a boutique CPA firm that provides accounting, bookkeeping, finance, payroll, and tax services to over 750 startups backed by top tier venture capital funds. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will support our Sales and Revenue Operations team, optimizing sales and marketing processes, driving automation, and enabling data‑driven growth.
Expected starting pay range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year depending on qualifications. Bonus eligibility: discretionary incentive bonuses.

Position Requirements (Must Have)
2+ years of full‑time experience in a revenue operations role in a corporate environment
Hands‑on experience optimizing sales and marketing processes, managing leads, and supporting workflows
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM/automation tools
Prior exposure to pipeline reporting, lead generation programs, and/or marketing analytics
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects accurately
Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets to analyze data and identify key insights
Willingness to work core business hours in the East Coast time zone (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST)
Position Preferences (Nice to Have)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Experience in a high‑growth/start‑up/entrepreneurial environment
Experience in a professional service firm (accounting, consulting, law firm, marketing/advertising, etc.)
Experience in a fully remote people‑centric culture
What You’ll Be Doing Revenue Process, Systems, and Automation (50%)
Build, document, and maintain scalable revenue operations processes for Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Tax teams
Improve use of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related GTM tools, including automation for sales development and lead generation
Support Salesforce administration (workflows, configuration, and integrations) to improve data quality and efficiency
Maintain clear documentation for RevOps processes, workflows, and data definitions
Reporting and Analytics (40%)
Ensure accurate, consistent data across Salesforce and connected systems for outreach, reporting, and analysis
Analyze inbound and outbound funnels to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and uncover growth opportunities
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that show key performance metrics and pipeline health
Help refine pipeline and revenue forecasting models and measure campaign performance and attribution
Continuous Improvement (10%)
Regularly review workflows, processes, and automation to simplify, standardize, and scale
Contribute to special projects that enhance our revenue operations function (e.g., territory design, quota support, sales compensation analysis)
Stay up to date on revenue operations trends and suggest new tools, processes, and analytics
