Job Summary Project Coordinators play an important role in the sales department, assisting Senior Account Managers with communicating and servicing the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our clients. This revenue-generating role is sales-focused. Account Coordinators support Account Managers, who are the face of our customer relationships. They provide branded product solutions for our clients and manage the intricacies of day-to-day projects and sales activities. They help Account Managers exceed sales goals and play a significant role in supporting and developing new and existing client relationships. We are specifically looking for Project Coordinators eager to grow quickly into an Account Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life!
Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Cross selling accounts to grow relationships and exceed sales targets.
Following up regularly with clients and offering best in class customer support.
Documenting activities in company CRM.
Learning and developing a strong understanding of our supplier network, industry, and market.
Minimum Qualifications
1+ years of professional work experience required.
Experience in the promotional products industry is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access.
