Location & Travel Details You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build infrastructure projects. This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time. You have the potential to be placed on a project site located in various states throughout the US (Full List : NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, WY). You’ll spend 6-8 months on average per project. If eligible, we offer designated daily per diem in addition to base pay to support and help you cover living expenses and relocation assistance. If eligible, the position includes a vehicle allowance. If eligible, travel home rotation will be one weekend per month away from the jobsite.
Responsibilities
Permit document administration and control
Complete review and understanding of subcontractor’s scope of work
Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety
Control project access and traffic
Tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental
Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing
Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding project progress, S/C performance, QA/QC and reporting
Complete “3‑week look ahead schedule” and update master schedule with PCM
Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore)
Maintain “As Built” drawings for final submittal
Coordinate and schedule project inspections
Final inspection and proper close‑out documentation
Quality control of installed materials and Equipment
Site layout and control of benchmarks
Qualifications Work Experience and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent - In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of work experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing MEP scope of work on new build ground‑up construction projects is required.
Prior experience with data center projects is required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must have project scheduling, planning, organization, and document control
Superior communication and organization skills, especially when managing subcontractors and inspectors
OSHA Certification – In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures
Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Programs, and Document
Additional Skills (Optional)
10+ years of experience as a construction Superintendent
Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6)
Experience in projects greater than $20 million
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Willingness to travel through the US
