What You Will Do:
Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets for assigned brands, taking ownership of performance and results.
Manage inbound sales calls and conduct outbound outreach to warm leads, engaging prospects to understand their needs, present solutions, and drive conversion opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer‑centric relationships through partnership with customers/students to understand their needs and objectives.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including our unique competitive advantages and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Work collaboratively with the team to continue to grow and expand the business into new areas, products, and services.
Work closely with the Customer Services team, contact center, tech support, and staff for local and regional relationship building in addition to keeping and growing existing relations.
Manage pipeline reporting of sales activities through complete, timely sales forecasting, weekly/monthly reports, as required, and other administrative duties and reports assigned in HubSpot CRM, Five9, and related systems.
What You’ll Need To Succeed:
2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a phone or contact center environment.
High School or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Ability to maximize sales opportunities and overcome objections.
Excellent presentation skills and customer service orientation.
Strong competitive sales background and first‑call closing skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
