Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? BeyondLimitations Empowerment LLC is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, handling inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
Marketing Email Campaigns: Create and schedule marketing emails to be sent bi-weekly, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with our brand.
Social Media Management: Develop and design Instagram posts for our business account, maintaining a consistent and visually appealing online presence.
Email Correspondence: Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally, providing relevant information and assistance as needed.
Marketing Flyers: Design eye-catching marketing flyers for various programs and services, adhering to brand guidelines.
Compensation $20.00 per hour (Paid bi-weekly)
1099 contract position
Requirements Reliable internet connection and access to necessary software/tools.
Availability for approximately 3-4 hours per week.
Previous experience with virtual assistance and marketing tasks.
