Role Overview The District Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing agent networks, and ensuring effective delivery of fintech and G2C services across the assigned district. The role requires strong field presence, channel sales expertise, and the ability to onboard and manage agents efficiently.
Responsibilities
Drive business growth and revenue generation across the assigned district
Onboard, train, and manage a network of agents/retailers for service delivery
Promote and manage
Fintech services
such as AEPS, Micro ATM, Aadhaar-enabled services, and other digital transactions
Handle
G2C (Government to Citizen)
services including Aadhaar-related services, utility payments, and government schemes
Ensure activation, productivity, and retention of agents within the district
Develop and execute local sales strategies to increase market penetration
Conduct field visits regularly to monitor agent performance and resolve issues
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Track daily/weekly performance metrics and ensure target achievement
Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in
Fintech / G2C / Aadhaar ecosystem / BFSI / Channel Sales
Strong understanding of
AEPS, Micro ATM, Aadhaar services, and digital payments
Proven experience in
agent onboarding and channel partner management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong field sales and relationship management abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district
