The Account Executive is the senior resource focused on the retention strategy for assigned clients, aiming to maximize savings through available programs based on member utilization. The role works with Assigned AMs to ensure client strategies are executed effectively. Knowledge and experience in

is preferred. This is a fully remote/work from home position. Role and Responsibilities
Client Retention – Find ways to build stickiness with clients and assigned brokers. Ongoing Growth – Responsible for overall growth, retention, and strategic planning for assigned accounts, including assisting in securing new accounts, managing onboarding, promoting new products and solutions, delivering and interpreting reports, consulting with customers by phone or in person, and conveying customer needs to team members. Learn about the competition and demonstrate value Liviniti provides. Gain in-depth knowledge of Liviniti solutions and articulate their value. Collaborate with External Client Partners to deliver strategic plans. Ensure all client commitments are executed flawlessly. Assess and deliver utilization data within an established cadence; escalate data issues timely. Manage escalated issues and guide the Account Manager to ensure optimal service delivery. Provide coaching to team members to improve skills; foster a positive team environment. Capture client intent accurately in systems and ensure it is working as expected. Collaborate across organizations to identify trends and gain insights into member utilization, adherence, etc. Develop strong professional relationships with customers and their vendors. Work independently with attention to detail and initiative to prevent and resolve issues; act as a problem solver. Maintain organization and prioritization to align with overall business goals; coordinate internal and external resources to meet account performance objectives. Strive to exceed client satisfaction during plan implementation, post-implementation, and related service activities. Adhere to HIPAA obligations related to PHI and report any HIPAA violations to the Compliance Officer or Human Resources. Attend and complete required HIPAA training. What We Have to Offer

This position requires 20% to 40% travel from its remote location. Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, I/O Psychology, or related field required. Strong communication skills; able to relate to people at all levels of an organization. Facilitation and conflict resolution experience. Strategic and operational thinking with detail orientation. Experience in planning, reporting, and coordinating with peers; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to excel under pressure. Experience preparing and interpreting reports; proficient in Microsoft Office and industry software. Preferred Education and Experience
MBA or equivalent. Four years of external client-facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or PBM environment.
