We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Bookkeeper
to handle day-to-day financial data entry and reconciliation using
QuickBooks . This role will also include basic Amazon-related tasks, with full training provided—no prior Amazon experience required. Schedule:
9 am - 5 pm EST Responsibilities
Enter financial transactions into
QuickBooks Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Review records and identify discrepancies or errors Maintain accurate and organized financial data Assist with basic Amazon account tasks (training provided) Communicate any issues or missing information to management Qualifications
Experience with
QuickBooks
(required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with numbers and financial data Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Willingness to learn Amazon processes Benefits
