Young Professional – Trainee Recruiter at BairesDev
We are looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join our team. This is an ideal entry point for those looking to build a career in talent acquisition, where you'll learn the fundamentals of recruitment and sourcing while supporting experienced recruiters across the full hiring cycle.
What You'll Do:
Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
Review incoming applications and assist in initial resume screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in English.
