We are looking for a skilled
SAP Workforce Software Consultant
to support a key client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
Workforce Software
(WFS) integrated within SAP environments. This role requires someone who can lead workshops, configure the solution based on client requirements, and serve as a trusted advisor in a client-facing capacity. Key Responsibilities
Lead client-facing workshops to gather business requirements related to workforce management, time tracking, and scheduling. Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, including Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and related modules. Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment between configuration and business objectives. Provide expert input on integration with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / Payroll systems. Create functional design documents, configuration specifications, and testing scenarios. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. Offer training and knowledge transfer to end-users and client teams. Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Workforce Software (WFS) implementations, preferably in an SAP environment. Strong experience configuring WFS modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or Absence Management. Proven ability to lead workshops and engage with client stakeholders across business and technical teams. Experience with integrations between WFS and SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors / SAP Payroll systems. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables effectively. Seniority level
