The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role: AccuformNMC isa leading manufacturer of industrial safety identification products.We arelooking to hire a Product Manager to drivemarket strategy and grow sales in core product categories across our portfolio.The Product Manager serves a critical and strategic rolebydriving the execution of key business development, commercial,andproduct life-cycle managementprograms in support ofsales andmarketing initiativesacross all channels.The position willbe responsible formarket researchtoidentifygrowth opportunities; competitive analysis;pricing evaluation and financial analysis;margin improvement activities;new product developmentandproduct positioning.

What You’ll Do at Justrite:
Developdeep understanding of our portfolio andpositioning in the market for Safety Identification products to drive profitable growth for the business
Understand competitive forces; conduct periodic market evaluations;assistin creating new-product roadmaps based on solid fundamentals for opportunity
Conduct category line reviews and support sales organization inidentifyingopportunities for cross-sell and driving product portfolio to market
Collect and leverage voice of customer and voice of distributor tocraftdifferentiated value propositions in key product categories and target verticals
Buildbusiness cases to support investment innew programs; drive NPI projects to meet schedule milestones and tollgates; collaborate cross-functionally asappropriate todevelop commercialization plans
Createand manage pricing strategies
Identifyand drive productenhancements, andsupport quality improvements and cost reduction opportunitiesofassigned product lines.
Support sales andparticipatein key industry events and customer meetings through presentations asappropriate topromote the product,servicesand overall brand
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to develop marketing collateral in support of target verticals and ensureaccurateconveyance of value proposition
Miscellaneous duties in support of sales and marketing-related objectives
Your Skills and Expertise: To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:
Minimum 3-4years of experience in Product Management, product support, technical marketing,orrelated functions within a manufacturingor tangible goodsorganization.
Four-year college or university degree in Marketing, Engineering or BusinessManagementor equivalentpreferred
Experienceinor marketing toSafety,Manufacturing,Construction,or Petrochemical industries a plus
Ability toconduct research and analyze data to glean valuable insightsandidentifyopportunities to grow sales
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy to tangible action plans, with a keen understanding of process efficiency and product life cycle
Experience working collaboratively with marketing, sales, manufacturing,financeand supply chain in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to travel up to30%-40%

Professionalism, business acumen –possessinsight to larger business goals andobjectivesand understand how the role fits into overall strategy
Ability to prioritize obligations, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,to includespeaking in front of an audience andcopy-writing.
Proficiencyin common software programs,i.e.MS Office suite, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Team player – flexible, able to adjust to shifting priorities; positive “can-do” attitude
Compensation: The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from$80,000 to $100,000.
Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevantexperienceand performance.Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
