Job Requirements: Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field with 4 years of experience in PHP and React. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, such as CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony, etc. Understanding of OOP concepts and familiarity with the latest versions and features of PHP. Understanding of various design patterns and SOLID principles. Hands‑on experience writing unit/integration tests in PHPUnit. Awareness of PHP standard recommendations. Experience writing unit tests for React components using RTL / Jest etc. Good experience with accessibility testing. User authentication and authorization across multiple systems, servers, and environments. Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system. Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and associated workarounds. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes. Familiarity with MySQL/SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Good experience with AWS, SonarQube, PHP Static Analyser, and ESLint. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed remotely at $130,000/yr to $135,000/yr, reflecting base salary only. This range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on qualifications, experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
