We're seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience team at Anthony's Richmond, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving customer challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service from quote to post-shipment support. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales managers and commissioned representatives, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate pricing, and a positive customer journey. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients Provide responsive, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints Initiate and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction Assure accurate customer pricing Collaborate with sales managers and reps to support quoting and order fulfillment Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns Track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Ideal Candidate Traits
