Job Opportunity: Senior Full Stack Engineer Join a dynamic and inclusive organization that values collaboration and innovation! We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the charge in delivering strategic initiatives within the financial services sector. What You'll Do: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and architects, to design, build, and test compelling features. - Deliver high-quality, maintainable software solutions in an agile environment. - Contribute to test automation and AWS pipeline management to enhance efficiency. - Actively engage in code and design reviews, shaping our engineering practices. Your Skills Include: - Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in React or Angular, HTML, CSS (Sass, CSS-in-JS), TypeScript, and JavaScript. - UI/UX Engineering: Experience with design systems, reusable component libraries, and a solid understanding of UX principles. - Accessibility & Quality: Knowledge of WCAG standards and expertise in cross-browser compatibility. - Testing & CI/CD: Familiarity with frontend testing tools (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and CI/CD pipelines using Webpack or Vite. - Collaborative Spirit: Proven experience working with diverse teams in distributed environments, embracing Agile methodologies. What You Bring: - 5+ years in front-end/UI engineering or product UI development. - Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with a collaborative approach. - A degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent experience is a plus.
