We are currently looking for anInsurance Specialistto join our growing team. Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for anInsurance Specialist, based in Cork. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing insurance accounts, Processing claims and providing client support to ensure their insurance needs are met. Daily tasks include coordinating with insurance companies and offering expert advice, Assisting clients with insurance product selection and ensuring compliance with regulations. Maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and clear communication. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to assess, negotiate, and manage policies effectively Solid background in Finance to provide informed guidance on insurance products and financial solutions Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building client relationships and resolving inquiries efficiently Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines Familiarity with industry regulations and risk assessment is a plus Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is advantageous Relevant certifications or licenses may be required Full CIP (Certified Insurance Practitioner) Rewards Salary - €40 50K Company social events Hours of work 39 Hours Employee pension scheme 20 days of paid holiday, plus 10 public holidays
