HVAC Comfort Advisor

We're looking for a Comfort Advisor to join our team at Johnson Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing in Franklin, Indiana. This is an on-site position available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The pay is commission-based with unlimited earning potential and full benefits.

• Sell HVAC systems and services to customers, matching them with the perfect solutions. This includes virtual HVAC sales.

• Sales experience (preferably in HVAC or home services, but we'll train the right person).
