We’re on the hunt for a top-notch Project Manager to join our small but mighty team of dynamic marketing professionals. You’ll report directly to our Director of Operations and be the go-to guru for steering clients’ website design, development, and maintenance from start to finish, making sure they’re done right, on time, and within budget. Your ability to communicate, empathize, and handle conflicts is key for understanding client needs and keeping projects smooth. Plus, your talent for building relationships will help us keep clients happy and coming back. If you’re all about making things happen, keeping everyone on track, and delivering killer projects, we want to hear from you!

This position is fully remote, but you’ll need to be available for in-person client meetings and activities around the DC Metro Area. Our internal team also gets together face-to-face from time to time. And just so you know, we’re considering transitioning to a hybrid model down the line – think two days in the office and three days working from home.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $80,000 yearly Seniority level
