Liability Desktop Adjuster
to investigate and manage property damage claims (primarily utilities-based), working autonomously and under referral where required.
What you will do as a Liability Desktop Adjuster:
Investigating and handling liability property damage claims
Assessing evidence and identifying suspicious indicators
Instructing experts and managing referrals
Maintaining strong client and customer communication
Proactive diary and process management
What You’ll Need:
Strong understanding of the claims process
Excellent investigative and analytical skills
Confident communication and customer service ability
Ability to work independently
Remote Working
