Responsibilities
Manage a team of portfolio managers, program managers, and/or scrum masters.
Build and lead a world-class team, set goals, assign initiatives, and manage performance.
Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and resources.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for planning and execution.
Lead execution of digital road map and manage business processes, programs, and KPIs.
Define execution plans for innovation dissemination.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies associated with programs.
Ensure program plans are organized and resourced to meet objectives.
Oversee performance reviews and ensure key stakeholders can evaluate progress.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure stakeholder engagement strategies are developed and implemented.
Identify and communicate necessary actions for implementing strategy.
Oversee development strategies to ensure intended business benefits are realized.
Act as a transformational change agent within assigned programs.
Ensure compliance with program governance and management structures.
Initiate and lead governance and delivery of portfolio outcomes.
Drive budget plans with guidance from senior teammates.
Evaluate staff capabilities to identify gaps and implement development activities.
Provide authoritative advice on policy implementation.
Manage and report on team performance, setting objectives and holding accountable.
Contribute to the digital road map and strategic enablers for new applications.
Qualifications Education:
Master’s Degree or Equivalent Level
Experience:
Over 10 to 15 years of wide and deep experience in management with big box retail experience (7-10 years).
Virtual Requirements Cameras must be on during virtual interviews. AI tools are prohibited during the interview process.
Compensation Targeted Pay Range: $114,300.00 – $190,500.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package, which includes potential for incentives, equity, and benefits.
