We specialize in Meta advertising for chiropractic, dental, med spa, and pain management practices. We serve 70+ clinics nationwide and are growing fast. Our team is small, focused, and results-driven.
The Role We are hiring a Marketing Strategist to own client relationships across a portfolio of 40 active clinic accounts. This is not a passive account management role. You will be the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of healthcare clinics. Your responsibilities include:
Onboarding new clients and running regular performance review calls.
Consulting on patient acquisition strategy and actively driving revenue growth through referrals and service expansion.
Reviewing campaign performance data, guiding clients on improving their show rates and close rates, and identifying partnership opportunities.
Collaborating with our media buying team when campaigns underperform and recommending testing strategies.
Using campaign momentum to generate referrals and upsells.
Your account load will remain manageable as CGA grows, allowing you to focus on job performance rather than just keeping up.
This role combines client success, sales, and marketing consulting. If you enjoy building trusted relationships and turning happy clients into growth engines, this role is ideal for you.
What You Will Do
Own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing monthly performance reviews across 40‑50 active accounts.
Conduct regular review calls with clinic owners, presenting lead and appointment data.
Identify and collaborate on underperforming accounts with our media buying team.
Proactively generate referrals and identify upsell opportunities for additional services.
Serve as the voice of the client internally, improving our delivery and processes.
Monitor client health, flag at‑risk accounts, and execute save strategies.
Contribute to client‑facing resources, playbooks, and best practice documentation.
Who You Are
A natural relationship builder who enjoys helping small business owners succeed.
Comfortable with sales conversations and sees referral generation and upselling as a natural extension of great results.
Confident in presenting data and translating marketing metrics into business outcomes.
Organized and self‑directed, able to manage a high‑volume account load.
Curious about digital marketing, especially paid social and lead generation for local businesses.
Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools (training provided).
Bonus Points
Experience at a marketing or advertising agency.
Familiarity with Meta advertising or performance marketing.
Background in healthcare, dental, med spa, or wellness industries.
Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $4,000/month ($48,000/year).
Performance bonuses tied to referrals and service upsells, potentially adding $12,000 to $20,000 annually in bonuses.
