Role Overview The Operations Specialist plays a pivotal operational role in supporting the execution and oversight of key deliverables across Kynship’s services. This role serves as the connective tissue between Growth Strategists, systems, and contractor teams. The Operations Specialist ensures the timely and accurate completion of work through rigorous quality assurance, clear communication, and proactive management of execution. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and systems-minded. The Operations Specialist supports key areas of our process that include managing the execution of creative sourcing, forecasting, ad account builds, and landing page implementation—while upholding consistency, quality, and brand alignment at scale.
Responsibilities Breakdown
Operational Oversight
Ad Account Launches
– Ensure new ad account builds are completed on time and according to process.
Forecasting
– Manage and quality assurance of ongoing forecast updates for each brand, ensuring accuracy and delivery cadence.
Creative Sourcing Oversight
– Ensure content is correctly pulled and tracked across all pipelines:
UGC (User-Generated Content)
CGC (Customer-Generated Content)
Influencer Seeding
Statics
Landing Page Builds
– Support the creation and quality assurance of landing pages, working alongside internal tools and contractors to ensure brand consistency and performance readiness.
QA & Automation Management
– Own the quality assurance of all automated deliverables, flagging inconsistencies and suggesting process improvements.
Contractor Management
– Direct and manage contractors for executional support. Ensure task clarity, quality control, and adherence to deadlines.
Client Communications
– Serve as the point of contact for execution-related updates (e.g., when content is live, when ads launch, or content delivery timelines). Provide clear and professional communication in Slack channels and client calls regarding logistics.
Collaboration
With Growth Strategist
– Work together to best support your clients on their given services. Sticking both to timelines and processes. Provide insights from the executional side to inform broader strategy. Ask questions when needed for clarity on how brands are doing.
With Your Manager
– Participate in regular Monthly Forward Progress meetings. Surface challenges, process gaps, or training needs in weekly 1:1s.
With Tools
– Manage task flow via ClickUp and Slack. Ensure smooth delivery and effective use of automation.
Helpful Experience
Experience in operations, project management, coordination, or similar roles
Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects or workflows at once
Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, Notion, or similar)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Annual Salary: $60,000
Monthly bonus potential based on performance.
