**You can live anywhere in the United States to accept this position. This is a 100% travel position for a project lasting anywhere between 3 and 18 months. The contract of employment will last about 6 months before converting to a permanent position.**
This role focuses on
commercial energy services projects
for large clients, offering strong ownership, autonomy, and growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Manage commercial energy services projects from planning through completion
Own project
schedules, budgets, and financial performance
Coordinate across engineering, construction, operations, and finance teams
Communicate project updates, risks, and results to clients and leadership
Lead project teams and oversee subcontractors as needed
Support project risk reviews and continuous improvement efforts
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years
of project management experience in
commercial construction
Experience in
solar energy services
Strong financial skills, including budgeting and forecasting
Experience working with a
General Contractor or major mechanical subcontractor
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Required Skills
Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Construction financial systems (Procore, Viewpoint, CMiC, or similar)
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience
Certifications such as
PE, LEED, CEM, CPM
are a plus
