Responsibilities of the Inspection Manager:
Daily Inspector Updates:
Manage inspector network, send late work requests, maintain dashboards, communicate with inspectors and senior management.
Past Due Inspections:
Identify and follow up on aged inspections, ensure completion.
Inspection Management:
Reassign work, coordinate pay for out-of-territory inspections.
Follow-Up:
Ensure correction actions are completed, communicate with clients and inspectors.
New Hire Management:
Track new hires, ensure onboarding tasks are completed, follow up on progress.
Unassigned Queue:
Assign orders, coordinate pricing and coverage, communicate with VP of Operations.
Client Communication:
Provide daily status updates on inspections.
Additional Tasks:
Assist senior management with ad hoc tasks and cover when needed.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. This is a remote position.
